If you're starting as a wild dragon, you yourself need to be trained first, taught to speak even. Wild dragons are the product of a spell which made them forget what they once were, completely. In this way, everyone starts at the same level. You can be a wild dragon, or an egg, but both start as completely ignorant and uneducated creatures. In fact, it takes longer to educate the wild dragon (the bonus to the drawback is you start with more raw power) due to the fact that the spell first has to be negated, and then a reinstitution like process has to transpire.
Long story short, I don't think you can help train other dragons.
